ASSOCIATE GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER sought at a prestigious, Large, Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy. This is role based in Bath.

Overview
Our client are a world-class, global Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy who pride themselves on their integrated, interdisciplinary and interconnected approach to transforming outcomes for clients and communities.
In this role, you'll collaborate with a diverse and talented team to create innovative and efficient ground engineering solutions for a wide range of projects. These projects span various sectors and scales, including masterplans, bridges, sports stadiums, foundation reuse projects, and more.
The role:

Leading and managing project discipline input

Mentoring and technical support for colleagues

Collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines to provide coordinated design solutions

Technical input into deliverables including specifications, design reports, and geotechnical interpretation

Analysis including soil structure interaction, geotechnical numerical modelling, geotechnical substructure, and earthworks design

Technical input to derive innovative and sustainable solutions to ground-related challenges
-
Providing high-quality geotechnical support to our clients in the development of bespoke, sustainable, structural engineering and infrastructure projects in the UK and overseas

Liaise with clients and maintain our strong, unique work culture within the industry

Playing an active role in supporting work-winning and client relationship management in a ground engineering context
Your skills and experience:

Significant geotechnical design background across a range of projects typologies.

Ability to develop pragmatic, cost effective and sustainable solutions
-
Track-record delivering projects with a strong technical focus including geotechnical interpretation and design.

Background in rock engineering including slope stability assessment and tunnelling/underground construction.
-
Appetite to lead and develop design capabilities.

Educated to Masters degree level in relevant disciplines (e.g. Civil and/or Geotechnical Engineering).

Professionally registered with a relevant institution - e.g. ICE.

Salary £55,000 – £60,000
